I like to joke that Andrew is my "Jake from State Farm." In all seriousness, I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service that he provides. Honestly, anyone who picks up the phone at this particular branch is a pleasure to deal with and is super helpful, whether it's Andrew, Virginia, or John Fabry himself. Additionally, I'm sure they all look fantastic in khaki's. I have never had a bad experience with them and that's why I ignore the constant barrage of insurance advertisements I hear everyday.
